The Bicep Board was designed to optimally isolate the biceps while curling. This unique product allows the user to position their hands and wrists to de-emphasize the involvement of the forearm muscles and places very direct and continuous tension on the biceps throughout the exercise. The dumbbell is raised by pressing upwards with the palms, which forces consistent supination, while keeping the flat side of the dumbbell parallel to the ground.
