The Hip Circle® Max (formerly the Hip Circle 2.0) is designed to do more than help you warm up. The Grippy Hip Circle® has all the incredible features of our original Hip Circle®, plus the addition of a tacky rubber contact strip along the inside to ensure it doesn’t ride up or slip down during training.
