Points are earned when you complete a purchase in our store. 100 STrong Points equals $1.00. You will receive 5-10 STrong points for every $1 you spend, depending on your STrong Squad level. When do my points expire?

Points expire 1 year after they are earned through the STrong Squad Rewards Program. You'll receive an email 30 days before they expire and another email 1 day before they expire.

How do I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points by using our point redemption slider at checkout.

In order to redeem your points at checkout, you must be signed into your STrong Squad account. Once you are signed in, a point redemption slider will appear on the right hand side of the checkout page above the order total.

Can I combine points with other offers or coupons?

Points cannot be combined with other coupon codes.

Do purchases made prior to my rewards opt-in count towards my point earnings?

No, past purchases do not count towards your current point count.

How much are my points worth?

100 STrong Points are the equivalent to $1 in savings.

  • Bronze members earn 5 points for every $1 spent
  • Silver members earn 7 points for every $1 spent
  • Gold members earn 10 points for every $1 spent

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No, there is no limit to the number of points you can earn. However, points do expire after 1 year.

Can I redeem points over the phone?

No, points may only be redeemed when completing purchases online through our website.

I wasn't able to login to my account and I placed an order, can you add the points to my account?

Yes! As long as the email you used is the same as your account, we can combine the points. Please notify info@markbellslingshot.com, make sure to include your email and order number that was not connected so the representative has all the information they need to look up your account.

What if I accidentally used a different email at check out, do I still get the points?

Unfortunately, it's one email per account. We are unable to combine points with orders that don't match the email on file.

I checked out via PayPal, will my points still be added? I didn't see a confirmation screen.

Typically there isn't a confirmation page for the points however, you do need to be logged in before you check out. As long as your email matches the email we have on file for your account, we are able to add the points. Please email info@markbellslingshot.com with your order number and email so they have all the information they need to look up your order.

I created an account a year ago, why isn't my login working? It says my email isn't recognized.

We have just recently launched our Rewards Program, if you have not logged into your account for 7-12 months it's likely you will need to create a new account because of our system change. Unfortunately, we are unable to add points for past purchases.
