What is the difference between all of the Hip Circles®?

We offer five different resistance levels for our Hip Circles®: Hip Circle® Sport Pack (set of 3 mini level one bands), Hip Circle® (level 2), Grippy Hip Circle® (level 3), Hip Circle® 2.0 (level 4) and finally the Big Ass Hip Circle® (level 5). How can I use the Hip Circle®?

Yes! You have our most recent version of the Hip Circle® - We have updated our logo to a white web and have phased out our red logo.

What does the Hip Circle® do for me?

The Hip Circle® is a elastic cloth resistance band that won't break after the fifth use. The Hip Circle® can be used in many ways, it's most common to work out your gluts for that perfect peach. It can strengthen glutes, hamstrings, calves and all the small muscles that make up your strong legs. What is the difference between the sizes?

The Hip Circles® get longer as you go up in the size - the resistance for each band is the same.

How do I size for a Hip Circle®? What if I am in between sizes?

You can determine your size Hip Circle® by your body weight in pounds and referring to the size chart for each Hip Circle®. If you're in between sizes - go with the size up.

I can't even move my legs with my Hip Circle®!

You likely have a Hip Circle® that is either too small or too strong in resistance. Check the size chart and make sure you have the right size. If you have the right size you will want to go down a resistance level. For example, if you have Big Ass Hip Circle® you might want to go with either the Hip Circle® 2.0 or the Hip Circle®.
