Returns

Due to COVID-19 concerns return processing will be delayed up to 5 business days once packages arrive at our facility. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these difficult times.

REQUEST RETURN
  • Returns/Exchanges on eligible items must be made within 30 days of shipment
  • Exchanges available for US customers only
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you recieved it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • All Items returned in used condition are subject to a restocking fee of 50%
  • All outlet and supplement items are final sale - We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.
  • All orders placed during a sale promotion are eligible for store credit or exchange only
  • US Customers : Returns for exchanges are free! You will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label. If you are returning for a refund or store credit, the return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.
  • International customers: You will need to pay to send the items back to our warehouse.

GIFTS

You will need the original order number, original post code, and the original recipient name.

WARRANTIES

REQUEST WARRANTY REPLACEMENT
  • Manufacturers warranty does not cover any damage that occurs on the front of the product. E.g. The bar scraping the front of a sleeve and ripping/tearing the neoprene.
  • If gear or apparel are cleaned with a washing machine or dryer, this voids the warranty.
  • If your item was purchased from Amazon, please contact us at info@markbellslingshot.com for assistance.

WARRANTY PERIODS

  • Leather Belts: Lifetime
  • Neoprene Belts: 6 month
  • Sling Shots, Wraps, Hip Circles, Cuffs: 1 year
  • Sleeves: 6 months
  • There is no warranty on Apparel

PROCESSING

  • Your return will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
  • You will recieve email updates during every step of the return process.
  • Please note: We do not refund shipping charges.
