The Grippy Hip Circle offers all the benefits of the original Hip Circle, with added tacky rubber strips on the interior to prevent slipping during movement. It supports targeted lower body warm-ups, keeping the band in place as you squat, deadlift, or lunge.

Like the Hip Circle Max, the Grippy Hip Circle has a smooth, progressive resistance profile. The tension builds gradually and consistently throughout the movement, making it comfortable, effective, and very secure to use. The internal grippy strips work exceptionally well and keep the band firmly in place.
As a personal training studio owner, I regularly recommend hip circles to clients as one of the most useful pieces of equipment they can own.
My only minor suggestion for the Slingshot team is the printed "Hip Circle" and logo. On my band, the lettering has already started to peel slightly. This does not affect performance at all, but because the product itself is so premium, I feel this small cosmetic issue does not do the brand justice. A stitched rubberized logo—similar to the Hip Circle Max—would make the product look even more durable and polished over time.
Overall, this is an excellent product, and I would absolutely buy it again.
