The Maddog Sling Shot® is built for elite lifters benching 405 lbs and up, offering maximum support for extreme loads.

Featuring double-ply construction and maximum level 5 material stiffness, it allows you to lift 15-25% more than your max while providing the highest level of assistance throughout the lift. Designed specifically for the bench press, it helps reinforce proper form and reduce shoulder strain under the heaviest weights.

If you’re not benching 405+ lbs raw, this Sling Shot is too advanced for your training needs. But for those hitting 405+ lbs raw, it’s the ultimate tool for pushing your limits.

    Great Sling Shot!

    I Have all the colors of the Sling Shots and purchased the Black Mad Dog to see the differences of them. I warm up with the Blue one and then do most of the Benching with the Red one. I do my last 2 set lift with the Black one and do 255 x 3 and finish with 225 x 15. It’s pretty incredible, I can take the weight down slowly and have full control of it using the Black Sling Shot. I’m 66 yea old and 150lbs. I’ve been benching ever since my teenage years. I’ve been. Using these slingshots for about 3yes now and am very impressed. I’ve told a lot of people about them and have also bought a few extras and gave them to my family members. Awesome Product!!
