Featuring level 2 material stiffness, it allows you to lift 5-10% more than your max while reducing shoulder pain and preventing elbow flare. Its flexible design makes it suitable for multiple exercises, including bench press, push-ups, and dips, and works with any load, including body weight.

I’m 79 yrs old bad shoulders thought I give it a try.After a little learning curve getting it in position and lifting with it . Truly works well no shoulder pain during bench and I work out in my own gym I can now lift a bit heavier without worry. Would love training partner always had when younger,but hard to find in my age group.
Think I will try elbow sleeves soon as I’m comfortable SS.
