The Reactive Sling Shot® is perfect for lifters with a max bench press of 275 lbs or less. While it can handle heavier weight, it's ideal for helping lifters build strength and progress beyond the 275 lb mark.

Featuring level 2 material stiffness, it allows you to lift 5-10% more than your max while reducing shoulder pain and preventing elbow flare. Its flexible design makes it suitable for multiple exercises, including bench press, push-ups, and dips, and works with any load, including body weight.

Immediately from 0 to 2.5 pushups
Had shoulder surgery last year. I’ve been training to build my strength up, but have yet been able to do a single non-modified pushup. Purchased this instead of the pushup specific one so I could use it afterwards as well. As soon as it arrived, I was able to do two full regular pushups! Amazing!
