Designed specifically for the bench press, it helps reinforce proper form and reduce shoulder strain under the heaviest weights.

If you’re not benching 405+ lbs raw, this Sling Shot is too advanced for your training needs. But for those hitting 405+ lbs raw, it’s the ultimate tool for pushing your limits.

it is a really tight fit....2x I weigh 230 pounds ..at 5 '9"....but it made 350...smooth ride on the bench...my max is 375...and I'm 59 yrs young....game changer...
