Made from 1.5” wide double-ply sling shot material the Shake Handle Attachments are designed to attach to a cable machine via the O-ring at the top. The attachment measures 11.5” in length and a (thick) 1.5” (standard) 1.2” thick grip & 5.5” long handle.

The patent pending design uses Sling Shot material that stretches, allowing a greater range of motion compared to the standard attachments. The stretch of the material creates a banded feeling creating a greater “pump” as you can get deeper in the movements for greater muscle contraction. Each attachment forces greater core and muscle stabilization. It allows for you to get more from less and you don’t need to use a ton of weight to get the most out of the movement and the attachment.

Important: Sling Shot Material can eventually wear over time and should be inspected before each and every use. Use with heavier weights will increase chance of wear.

Should last longer for the price
I do enjoy them. They work well but quality issues. They're telling me, this is normal. It started 6 months into I think we're over $60 with shipping. It should last longer, they were telling me, this is safe, but I don't think so. I have other products from them which seem to well maid and not fraying. They won't exchange them witches to bad. Cause I do like the product. But I can't justify buying another pair for over fifty dollars. I just use these for cable bench press and lat pull in twice a week. I'm not even using heavyweight I do reps of 15 to 20. I'm 62 years old. I bought these to help with my Arthritis. Which it does. You don't have the initial tug on your joints. The elasticity helps with my joint pain. I don't think it's asking much for a replacement. There have some kind of excuse that. This is normal. I don't think so. Not for the price I paid.
