The Original Sling Shot® is designed for lifters benching 275 lbs and up, providing essential support for those pushing heavier loads.

Featuring level 3 material stiffness, it allows you to press 10-15% more than your max while offering moderate assistance during pressing movements. This helps reinforce proper form, reduce shoulder discomfort, and prevent elbow flare.

It’s ideal for volume training, max-effort lifts, and it trains your CNS to handle maximal loads without excessive wear and tear. Perfect for bench press — can also be used for dips and push-ups — this versatile tool is built for serious lifters.

    Shoulder Pain

    Bought this to help with should pain while lifting heavy. It’s helped me up get back to benching big again. Keeps my shoulders aligned and helps them to feel stronger. Can’t wear my raw elbow sleeves with it but it seems to help my elbows a bit too where I don’t need the sleeves as much.

    Great product it takes a ton of pressure off my shoulder that I injured so now i can do alot more reps with more weight. I highly recommend this product to anyone with a shoulder injury ,it’s a game changer for me.
