The difference between the Hip Circle® and the Grippy Hip Circle® are the rubber threads on the inside of the Grippy Hip Circle® to help keep the band in place.
What level of resistance is this band?
This is a level 2 resistance band. The rubber threads intertwined on the inside of the Grippy Hip Circle® allow the band to stay in place and provides more resistance.
What kind of exercises can you do with a Hip Circle®?

How do I know what size to get?
We base our size chart off of body weight in pounds. You can refer to the size chart to see which size fits you.
