I have massive quads, so my only complaint is that they ride down. But this isn't the fault of the product, the product itself is great, durable, and helps my knees feel better during squats.

These are my first pair of knee sleeves but with that said they are super comfy and they do make a difference from dojng heavy squats, cleans, snatches, lunges. They increase your stability and mobility and just easier on the knees through out those lifts.
If you are on the fence of buying them just do it you will thank yourself later.
These are super comfy soft but sturdy, they do not shift during lift. Only thing I would say is that run little small.
Otherwise great product and super neat design.

I visited his gym and I saw other women wearing it there. I knew I just had to have them. I tried on his knee sleeves there at his gym while back squatting and it gave me so much support to lift heavy! They’re so worth it!

I was skeptical of the sizing since I've read up on these. I measured out right around 15 1/4 inches around the knee. So I bit the bullet and purchased the large sleeves. Was worried that they would be too tight or loose. But man oh man, they fit perfect. Not too tight and not loose at all. Stays put during strenous squat and leg sessions. Warms up the knee joint quickly. I purchased some cheap flimsy sleeves but they lost elasticity after my first workout. And getting older I feel the effects of heavy squats on my knees, but since using these my knee pain is minimal altogether, and non existent during my heavy squats. Not saying these will cure everyone's knee issues but they have dramatically helped me bounce back into what I love to do. Heavy Skwaats!!! I have recommended these to everyone I know that lifts and my fellow gym rats love them and come up and ask me " hey where'd you get those bad ass knee sleeves" and I tell them, first, watch and subscribe to mark bells youtube channel and go to markbellslingshot.com!!! Will continue to buy gear only from slingshot from here on out.
