Belt was amazing, used it every day while I was gone in the military. Unfortunately someone took it while I was the gym so I will definitely buy it again once fund aren’t so tight!

I use the belt to hold my guts in as I have a hernia that I’m refusing to get surgery on. The belt holds everything in place so I can keep up with my sons in the gym
