Great for use on metcon workouts
I have been using these for Murph Challenges and other met-con circuit training, definitely easier to maneuver in while protecting and supporting my knees. Especially for lunges and air squats. Really happy with this purchase and have had very similar experiences with other Mark Bell products.

I purchased these just to use for my summer lift these are convenient so I don't have to struggle taking off the sleeves when they're are sweaty in the summer... but I do have the actual strong sleeves also both are sturdy products

like the sleeves, but..
My knee sleeves always rip on the sides. This is my third pair with in a year. They work great, but that my only issues.

Great knee sleeves
Used to use just patella straps but decided to try out real knee sleeves and was recommended these by a gym buddy. What a great switch for me. Super comfortable, easy to put on. Aren’t too tight but stay in place throughout a lift. Have made squatting heavy significantly more comfortable!
