Great device
Wife loves both hip circles I got her with different resistance levels. She can take a break from working at her desk and slip on and do some quick routines. Great as a workout warmup tool also.

Great Product
I bought this hip circle to work my rear and side delts. Just wrap around wrists and perform a pressing motion in front of you while trying to pull apart. I get an absolutely crazy pump with one or two high rep sets.
