I've had shoulder pain due to a surgery and have been unable to bench for years. No any more. I'm able to finally bench and do Dips again after years of not being able too. I've used the sling shot since January 2026 and absolutely love it. I highly recommend it. Just make sure you get the right size. I'm 6'3 240 lbs and I first got the XL which was too small. The XXL is perfect. I hit 365lbs on the bench last week and I haven't been able to do that for over 10 years, and I keep getting stronger.

I think it’s a great product and at 61 years old with arthritis and bad shoulders it’s allowed me to continue benching in the high 2 hundred to low 3 hundred range.

I originally had the red one and my bench was over 300 lbs. I’ve been up to 375 with the MADDOG and without any shoulder problems. I highly recommend this product.

This is actually my second Snode Shot, and I couldn't be happier. I want to give a huge thank you to the team for taking care of me with the warranty on my first one. The customer service was outstanding and made me an even bigger fan of the company.
As for the product itself, I absolutely love it! It has helped improve my lifting form, reduced unnecessary strain on my shoulders, and given me much more confidence during my workouts. Looking back, I honestly wish I had bought one years ago.
I even keep the QR code in my gym bag and encourage people at the gym to scan it because I believe in this product that much. Whenever someone asks about my form or what I'm using, I tell them to check it out. It's one of the easiest recommendations I've ever made.
Because of how impressed I've been, I'm already planning to order the elbow wraps and knee sleeves next.
