I use the Hammy Band
I use the Hammy Band during all of my squat and deadlift sessions. A few years ago I had a grade two tear of my hamstring. Since that time, during my sets of squats/deadlifts I would often feel discomfort in the area of that tear, and end up cutting my training short for that day. Happily, since I began using the band, the targeted compression provides me with confidence, and I have yet to have that discomfort since I began using the Hammy Band, thereby allowing me to complete all of my sets/reps.

Solid product
Sturdy construction and comfortable materials. Ordered the 14" because it was the only size available in the Outlet, probably would've been better off 2 sizes larger. Small niggle: I sorta wish the company logo were less conspicuous, bug it's not a dealbreaker. :)
