Work great!
With the slingshot i was consistently in the mid 400s with no worries at 50 years old. Backed off for awhile for medical. Sampling 385 at 59 and my wrists felt like it haas the strength of a 10 year old. i bought a generic set . it was ok. I like Marks products, purchased a set and what a difference. I felt comfortable to rep the 385 for 5 reps. Glad i didn't let my pride stop me.
