I really like the maddog slingshot! Great piece of equipment. I upgraded from the full bore because I need a little more support to help with shoulder injuries. My full boar was totally broke in and this one needs a bit more of a break in period. Just have to be patient at first because it will feel a little small.

I really like the concept behind the Maddog Sling Shot and the build quality is excellent. The material feels durable and you can tell it’s designed to provide strong support during pressing movements. It definitely helps reinforce proper form and adds power to lifts.
That said, the fit was much tighter than I expected. When I used it, it felt extremely tight around my arms and chest to the point where it became uncomfortable and started cutting off circulation in my arms during sets. Because of that, it was difficult to use it for longer workouts.
Overall, it’s clearly a well-made training tool and I can see how it would be very effective for bench training, but I would recommend paying very close attention to sizing before purchasing.
