Featuring level 3 material stiffness, it allows you to press 10-15% more than your max while offering moderate assistance during pressing movements. This helps reinforce proper form, reduce shoulder discomfort, and prevent elbow flare.

It’s ideal for volume training, max-effort lifts, and it trains your CNS to handle maximal loads without excessive wear and tear. Perfect for bench press — can also be used for dips and push-ups — this versatile tool is built for serious lifters.

Slingshot
Serious game changer. With the slingshot, I've increased my strength over 15 lbs, from a 405lbs bench raw, to a 420lbs raw bench in just a short 1 month time period. I'm able to isolate my chest and not worry about my shoulders giving out during harsh training sessions. In the past I would cut my benching down to just 4 sets. But with the sling shot, I can get 5-7 sets, increasing volume and work output,. But be careful, I took it too far one day because it felt so good, I got cramps from over working lol.

Shoulder pain limiting bench
