Featuring level 3 material stiffness, it allows you to press 10-15% more than your max while offering moderate assistance during pressing movements. This helps reinforce proper form, reduce shoulder discomfort, and prevent elbow flare.

Shoulder pain limiting bench
I had to give up doing the bench for a while due to my shoulder pain. I’ve tried lots of different set ups and techniques to no avail. The slingshots got me back benching again! Thanks, Mark and the slingshot team.!

RED Slingshot
First time using the red slingshot on top end sets. Prehab usage and safety are my main usage reasons. Have recently torn the long head of the biceps and wanted something that would support my arm and still allow me to continually get strong(er). The sling is a tight fit up the arm but once positioned it makes me feel safe yet comfortable to blast out top sets with a busted wing. Will definitely continue to use this excellent training tool with each pressing session. Love the fact that my destroyed shoulders felt comfortable and secure and that the tris have to bear the workload at the top. Awesome feeling strength curve imo !

Great buy!
I was alittle skeptical at first but after receiving the slingshot and testing it out, I'm a believer! I can definitely crank out more reps and I don't feel the shoulder pain I would sometimes feel while not using one!
