Made from 1.5” wide double-ply sling shot material the Shake Handle Attachments are designed to attach to a cable machine via the O-ring at the top. The attachment measures 11.5” in length and a (thick) 1.5” (standard) 1.2” thick grip & 5.5” long handle.

The patent pending design uses Sling Shot material that stretches, allowing a greater range of motion compared to the standard attachments. The stretch of the material creates a banded feeling creating a greater “pump” as you can get deeper in the movements for greater muscle contraction. Each attachment forces greater core and muscle stabilization. It allows for you to get more from less and you don’t need to use a ton of weight to get the most out of the movement and the attachment.

Important: Sling Shot Material can eventually wear over time and should be inspected before each and every use. Use with heavier weights will increase chance of wear.

Attachment length: 8”

Reviews Summary

Customers say these cable handles provide excellent grip comfort and stability during workouts. The stretchy design creates constant tension and a unique feel that enhances muscle connection during exercises like chest flies, bicep curls, and cable rows. Users appreciate the sturdy construction and grippy texture, with many preferring the thick grip option for added grip strength training. The elastic properties require more stabilization, making exercises more challenging and engaging core muscles. Many find the handles superior to standard gym attachments, noting improved muscle activation and workout quality. Some mention durability concerns with fraying straps over time, while a few users didn't notice significant differences from regular handles.

Best In The Business
Nobody has better handles. I used gofit for years. They were fine but I needed a change. Tried many over the years and these are by far the best. 33 years in the gym and nothing comes close.

Excellent Quality
I got these as a way to maximize the resistance I could get out of my cables apparatus. They absolutely do make you work harder and thus allow you to get more out of the exercise(s). In my cases cable flys I am able train effectively with less weight.

Stabilizer Shake
Really works the stabilizer muscles like bands. The heavier you go the more they stretch and shake. These are a great tool to have in your workout toolbox. I highly recommend keeping these in your gym bag along with your slingshot.
