Great product
I am over fifty, I go to gym 5 times a week and I have been having pain in my forearm and elbows for a while now. I truly can say the sleeves helped me a lot and I can comfortably workout without hesitation or worries about the pain.

EXTRA REPS!!
Once upon a time I couldn't bench press without pain. I had to stick to incline benching, a real blow to my ego, and I would still have pain at times. When I started using the sleeves the pain was gone so I worked the incline down a notch each week until it was flat at which point I added a pad to the bar and was expecting pain in my elbows but low and behold there was none! A couple of weeks later I was able to remove the pad. Before I knew it , I was able to listen to the voice in my head that was saying, you've got 2 more in you without arguing because I know I'm not going to suffer later. I'm a pretty small guy so they were a bit loose at first, fit well now and I'm looking forward to the day when I'll need to size up. Thanks for making such a great product!!!!
