The Push Up sling takes the pressure off my shoulders and allows me to do a push up without limiting the range of motion. Couldn't do it without it. Shoulder pain during push up kept me from reaching the bottom of the rep. The Push Up Sling allows control of your rep without adding “help”. I’ll order the one for bench press since the push up sling worked so well.
