seems pretty good after one use.
They definitely offer support. Very hard to get on, but seem to be effective once on. I have never used them before so I don't have anything to compare with, but my elbow did hurt less doing tri-push downs than before. I ordered the right size, according to the size chart, but I almost wonder if they're too tight. IDK. Couldn't do any pulling exercises comfortably until they were off. Oh well. Push first, then pull.
