Great for heavy squats
I've owned several pairs of these sleeves and love them. Great support for heavy squats. I also like that they offer some bounce/spring for getting out of the hole (too much would feel like cheating).

This product was recommended to me by my trainer. He has used them and so do many other gym goers. I have been using them and they do help stabilize my squats. This product has really helped me improve on my squat form and feel secure when squatting and deadlifting.
