I'm not going to say
I'm not going to say that my STrong Wrist Wraps will get you a PR lift but I did have them on when I hit 315lbs on the bench press. At 53 years old every little bit helps and these STrong Wrist Wraps definitely helped.

Best wrist wraps I own.
Best wrist wraps I own. I have a variety of wraps in my gym bag but these are by far the stiffest and most secure, i. e, my new go to for serious bench work, presses, and even heavy squats. I am rehabbing a severe tendon strain in my wrist and these wraps help me forget it’s there, even with 500lbs bouncing off my chest.
