    Taste was good for unflavored. Mixed well. I typically mix it with my morning coffee. It has a bullet proof coffee taste. Mixed well. My gut is sensitive and it was easy on the gut.

    I like the unflavored steak

    I like the unflavored steak shake. It mixes easy, feels easy to digest and has a pretty neutral flavor. Sometimes I do a scoop of the unflavored and a spoonful of the vanilla. That’s the right amount of mellow sweet for me and works well with my system.

    I like that it’s a blend of faster and slower to digest protein and the organs. Good stuff!
