Slingshot pushup
I like to use the slingshot push-up when I'm trying to max out my reps giving me up to 10 more push-ups per set gives me just enough support so I don't aggravate my sore shoulder

Great as a Shoulder version of a Booty Band
I use it to keep my rear delts firing and from slumping forward all day at my desk.

A shoulder saver day one.
I am one who suffers with shoulder pain daily, but suffer through my workouts. Then came along the slingshot which has been a blessing. It helps keep you in good alignment and takes some of the lateral forces away when working the chest area. A definite plus for this guy. Thanks for making my workouts enjoyable again.
