It's a cool attachment. I'm going to have to fabricate my own biceps board since they aren't made anymore to try that whole thing out but I use this for rear delt extensions now, it's better than gripping the cable.

Incredibly handy tool for use
Incredibly handy tool for use with in-home setup, and also training in a commercial weight room. Solidly built adapter (I use both single and in a pair) to increase utility of available plates or other equipment. Well Worth the in investment.
