Not for tall athletes
Useless if you are over 6 feet tall for good mornings. This band doesn’t continue to stretch like other bands. It gets to the end of its range and stops.

get teh Max (balck)- i
get teh Max (balck)- i got both the max and regular (Red) and the red is just not built the same quality as the max. this is one is good and you can do more with it
